Friday or Sunday Rental: $600 minimum 4 hours, $150.00 each additional hour.  Saturday Rental: $1200.00 minimum 4 hours, $300.00 each additional hour.

Kitchen is not available. 2 hours to decorate no charge. Extra hours for setup and decoration $25.00 per hour. Cash or Money Orders only. No Personal Checks.

Security Deposit Required - $500.00 (Make checks payable to Elks Lodge #120).  Security deposit will be returned by mail after party if room inspection is passed.  Tables, Chairs, Bathroms and Service Bar included with rental.

"Please be aware if the fire alarm is pulled for any non emergency reason the City of Danbury charges a fee of $300.00. This fee will be deducted from your security fee of $500.00."

Bar

Bartender ~ $15.00 per hour.
Cash Bar ~ Guests pay for their drinks.
Run-A-Tab ~ Bill for cash will be presented at the end of the party for amount of drinks consumed.
